when i was in college my little band covered this song, di pa uso noon ang tablature pero kami gumagamit na kaya plakang-plaka namin ang song. I played bass (the easiest job in the world, and the coolest). Idol ng lahat si Slash but mine was Duff McKagan.
Guns and Roses were fans of The Rolling Stones and they wanted to make a song like Rolling Stones' "Angie", a song about leaving a girl and telling her not to cry about it 'cause she remains sweet as far as the guy is concerned. "Don't Cry" is their version of "Angie" very good song. Pareho din ang key ng dalawang song sa A minor kinuha.
