Alaminos Milk Star Goat Milk

Alaminos Milk Star Goat Milk is a refreshing milk drink.  I am sometimes having problem drinking my milk for pregnant women.  I'm not sure why but I felt uneasy after drinking my milk.

Do I have lactose intolerance problem?  I don't think so.  But I guess pregnancy sometimes change how a woman's body work.  I don't have problem drinking milk until on my 7th month of pregnancy.  At this month, going to 9th month of pregnancy, I think I can't drink my milk everyday.

Do you sweat a lot, as in a lot?  If you do, you might have hyperhidrosis.  Hyperhidrosis is a case wherein a person sweats too much that is considered as abnormal sweating.

So, How to Stop Excessive Sweating naturally?  There are some things to do to help you  while you sweat to much.  Avoid coffee and tea.  Caffeine would not do good on your case.  Then, wear loose clothes, so when you sweat, you're clothes won't show all the wetness.  Wear breathable clothes.  There are clothes that don't absorb air.  If you have those kinds of clothes, then you can give them away instead.  You would know it when you felt that the clothes doesn't get wet even if you sweat a lot.  That means the cloth doesn't absorb air and doesn't absorb wetness. It would worsen your sweating, a lot.  Then use antiperspirant especially created for people who have problem with excessive sweating.

Intelligent Pill Box

When I get pregnant for the second time, then I started to take vitamins for pregnant women, one of the things that came into my mind is to buy a pill box. I might not need a pill box before. But really, a pill box helps one to remember to take vitamins or prescribed medications without forgetting if one had not yet take the pill, or if one had already had.

I had bought a simple vertical shape pill dispenser. This helps me take my vitamins everyday, well almost. The thing is, I don't need to think about... "Wait, had I took my vitamins yet?" I got a memory gap. But all busy person sometimes forgot things like this. Taking more than the dosage prescribed is not good for ones health. Although my pill box saves me from overdosing, it doesn't help me 100% on me taking my vitamins everyday.

And talking about people with lots of prescribed medications like adults, it's really a mess to right down everything on a piece of paper.  If notes can be put in a task scheduler in our mobile phone or in our computer, why not in pill boxes.

I think I would like to have an intelligent pill box that would remind me to take my pill on time, with alarm.
