For online buyers inquiring during Sundays and inquiring through text messages, I'm not sure why but they seemed to be the impatient one. They are the one who wants a quick reply after they send their text message, or else they would call. I actually got one who got angry after I answered her call. She kind of shouted to me, why I'm not replying on her messages. I answered back with, sorry I don't get to check inquiries in an instant during Sundays because I need to do something else.
If you're one of those who are inquiring during Sundays, and are expecting for a quick reply from a seller, and gets impatient, remember, you are inquiring in an online shop. You're not in the mall. And in online shops, you need to wait for the seller's reply. Of course, the seller would reply, unless she missed your text message, or too busy to reply at the quickest possible time and got your message at the bottom of all other message. Give the seller at least a day to send back a reply on your inquiry.
If I'm sick, or if my son is sick, I don't get to reply quickly.
My world "offline" has no social life... my baby, business, my baby, business, my baby, business... Non-stop almost 20 hours a day! I got lots of friends (and even my relatives) who doesn't know that I am not a programmer anymore. I am a mommy and an online seller. I got lots of task on my online shop that I can't finish because of my baby. His name is Ivan, a big baby going 3 years old this coming June. Although he is so precious, little Ivan is a tech savvy. He loves watching his favorite videos on the media player or online. He loves playing with Adobe Photoshop and playing computer games! Yes, you read it right!
So I only have a few hours to use the PC. And the rest is through computer rentals! I can only use our own PC during night time at about 12:00 am until I got tired up to 3:00 am or 7:00 am... or until little Ivan wakes up and it's his time to use the PC.
I have a lot of items not yet posted on my online shop. And I got tons of my Ivan's photos and videos that I hadn't edited for uploading and sharing purposes too. I wanted to boast to the world how cool my son is. Any mommy would like to shout to the world how great her child is, right? So I need more time online.
I might be buying a laptop, maybe a netbook, so I can edit photos and videos while dining out, instead of renting a PC in internet cafe. I am planning to get an internet broadband too.
What's my plan? We have an extra room at the house that I can secretly hide and pretend that I'm not at home. My little Ivan wouldn't know about it and I would be able to finish all the task. It would be like a personal office. Or maybe I would call it my secret office =)
The more task I would finish, the more time I can give to my child, the more income on my online shop, and I can have some meet-ups with old friends. Hello social life!!!

I was so happy when I got a letter with my new ATM card. It's the Globe GCash ATM card. I don't need to go to a Globe Center to "cash out" which has a fee of 10 php or 1% of the amount to withdraw, whichever is higher. I also don't need to go to pawn shops and pay for the fee of 2.5%.
The Globe GCash ATM card is under Megalink. I can just go to any Megalink ready ATM machine and withdraw money with a fix fee of 20 php. Here's my ATM card.
Yeah it's pink!!! There are different designs to choose from. And you can even upload your own ATM card background. But I chose to have a simple ATM card.
Wherever you go, you can do shopping in your pajamas! You just got to sit down on your computer chair, start searching or surfing, and buy the items you need and like online.
What are the basics that you need:

But what about the payment? If you are doing an online shopping within your location, there are actually sellers who allow meet ups depending on the volume or price of item(s) you bought. Here's the list of all the possible payment method that sellers may accept:
PayPal - This is the most common payment method accepted by a seller. PayPal is the most used method of payment for International clients.
Western Union - You go to any Western Union station, pay the amount plus a fee by the Western Union. You would need the name and complete address of the seller to be able to complete the payment process. The seller would need your complete name, address, and the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) you got after the payment process.
Mastercard - Credit card payments might be possible but I haven't heard of one before. Maybe unless there's a biggie company that has a physical store and also do sell online.
Cash - This is for meet-ups.
Bank Deposit - You deposit the payment, the seller would send to you the item through a courier.
How do you get the item?
It would be no problem when it's meet-up. But if not, you usually need to pay in advance before the seller send the package bought. You can expect a delivery made by a courier, wherein the seller booked for a door-to-door delivery. There would be times wherein you would need to pick the item up from your city post office.
You would be informed by the seller, or maybe you would need to ask the seller, on how you can get the item. Know what courier did the seller use to ship the package to you.
If you are an international buyer, make sure to get the tracking number and the courier used to send the item. That way, you can track on where the item is, and would know if you would just need to wait for your local courier to deliver the item to you, or you would need to call your local post office to get more details on when you can pick the package.
Just beware, there are many scam sellers out there. They are on the loose so be careful.

When you go out, you need to travel. Okay, travel might just cost a little depending on the location of the shop you would go.
