Don't inquire during Sunday...

For online buyers inquiring during Sundays and inquiring through text messages, I'm not sure why but they seemed to be the impatient one.  They are the one who wants a quick reply after they send their text message, or else they would call.  I actually got one who got angry after I answered her call.  She kind of shouted to me, why I'm not replying on her messages.  I answered back with, sorry I don't get to check inquiries in an instant during Sundays because I need to do something else.

If you're one of those who are inquiring during Sundays, and are expecting for a quick reply from a seller, and gets impatient, remember, you are inquiring in an online shop.  You're not in the mall.  And in online shops, you need to wait for the seller's reply.  Of course, the seller would reply, unless she missed your text message, or too busy to reply at the quickest possible time and got your message at the bottom of all other message.  Give the seller at least a day to send back a reply on your inquiry.

If I'm sick, or if my son is sick, I don't get to reply quickly.
