How I discovered my son loves rock music?
My going-to-be 6 years old son loves rock music. How I discovered it? It is because of the Made Me Realize, an orchestra music composed by Walt Ribeiro. Oh you don't know that song? Let me help. Do you know the Disney Channel cartoon show Gravity Falls?
After hearing the orchestra version, he said he likes rock music. Orchestra can be not boring to kids, especially if it's the theme of one of their favorite show is in the list, and if the music is being played in kick ass.
Then he heard some more music like Don't Cry (Duns N' Roses) and Bon Jovi (In This Arms).
I am so happy my son loves rock. It's because his mommy loves rock too. I hope he would learn to appreciate music from oldies to heavy metal. Heavy metal... okay I do like heavy metal music. Depends too on the music. There are really cool heavy metal bands like Lordi. He can love heavy metal bands too. But please just the music, not the attitude that is always associated with it (which should not be really associated with it).
