What is electronic muscle stimulation?

Electronic muscle stimulation, also known as EMS, is used both in sports as training, and in medical as a therapy. EMS is a way of stimulating the muscle through electrodes put directly in the skin that needs training or treatment. EMS would help the muscle get toned and stronger.  Using such device also helps make the circulation of blood better.  There are also times when muscle stimulation is needed to prevent venous thrombosis after a surgery in the calf muscle.

An EMS can be worth USD 100.00 to USD 1,000.00 for private stimulator.
