Recession Period

It is the so-called "Recession Period". I heard some news from my friends living and working in United States that they thought their company is "recession proof". When before, all those big companies were the only once affected, now even small once are having employee lay-offs.

If before companies have a lot of those employees doing just one thing and got plenty of rest time (I guess), now they are trying to maximize the skills of their employees, expanding ones skill sets. And so, work will not be "fun" anymore for some employees. Work is now "work". And maybe, their working like a horse now, like me? Hahaha, yeah like me. Well, at least they still got their work, they are not one of those unfortunate ones. And they are still called an "employee".

So times like this, most companies are declaring that it's a bad year for them. And we don't know when this "recession period" would stop. The period has affected the career and business industry worldwide.
