I turned down a job offer in Malaysia

I am sad for turning down a job offer from a big IT company in Malaysia :(

It's a good pay I think. I can save double or more than I am saving here. It's just that, if I would leave my baby and go to Malaysia for work, the pay should be a lot bigger.

And I'm afraid my baby would not know me if I accepted the job offer :( But hubby and mother-in-law assured me that there's the web cam for us to video chat.

Every time there's an offer, it seems like a challenge for me: to accept the job offer or not. I am not looking for a new employer right now. As of now, I am willing to stay in the company even though I didn't get any salary increase for two years, and even though I didn't get any bonus since I joined the company.

There's this "season" when job offers come to me. Not only one company, but two or more. If I would leave the company, as I have already told my employers (I hope they still remember those), it's going to be the following reasons:

  • Both of us didn't agreed on something. (This might not happen as I just accept what they give me.)

  • I need more money.

  • A really big offer (to the max, at least for me) comes.

The last reason, I do really need more even before. My husband and I want to save money for our Ivan's future. But with the salary I get which is not that small, and his commissions, we can't save money.

My husband is planning on something. I am not planning anything at all. But offers are coming. What should I do?

I agree with Pchi c: Sige lang mare marami pang darating and besides mas panatag ka kung malapit ka kay Ivan sigurado mas maganda ang susunod c: Ipagpray mo ang perfect timing and lahat ng mga bagay na dapat maging reason ay matupad lalo na yung malapit ka sa family mo c: have faith mare c:

Hindi ba option sa inyo mag migrate? Pag nasa abroad yung offer, kelangan bang iwanan family mo? Baka naman pwedeng sumama na rin sila.
