Free Customizable Guestbook

I had used it on my site before, a Geocities hosted website. And on that site, I didn't only use the guestbook as a guestbook. I also used it as a form. Unfortunately, Geocities doesn't longer exist. So I don't have any samples to show you. But this free customizable guestbook are cool.
You can customize the style of the guestbook. And they don't put any kind of advertisement on the guestbook. I love this guestbook very much!
