I just saw this video on YouTube. This is a South Korean comedy film starring the actress model Kim Ah-jung (Kim Ah-joong). The story is about an overweight phone sex employee who became a pop singer sensation after a going through an all-over cosmetic surgery.

She herslef has undergone a series of plastic surgeries to look like what he is now. She used to be fat and ugly before. The role suits her well. I like this song, she rocks doesn't she? although the only words i understand was Ave Maria.
