This Spring-Summer 2013 season, Lacoste LIVE takes you to Japan : "From Tokyo to the Beach". We have all tasted sushi, read manga and seen the flashing colors that light up Tokyo every night, but what can we discover if we go beyond these stereotypes.
Ivan with his pre-nursery classmates dances for the Kinderville Graduation Ball
March 16, 2012. He's 3 year 9 month old on this event.
Well don't really expect anything from a pre-nursery student when it comes to dancing. It's really a fail when it comes to coordination, alertness and submission of what they are told to do in such performance.
Ivan singing "Ako Ay May Lobo". He learned singing the song on school. He said that her Teacher Genny taught him. He's in Nursery. Ivan is 4 years 2 months old at that time.
Ivan doesn't know how to speak Tagalog (the main Philippine language). But I guess kids are good at learning songs even if they don't understand the lyrics. (Hey, most of us can actually sing the songs we like, even if the lyrics is foreign to us!)
I'm not really sure if he understands the meaning of the song.
Ivan playing his toy piano. He's singing too! Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
He's 3 years 8 months years old in the video. He can actually play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star earlier. I hadn't had the chance to take the video. This video is dated February 12, 2012 (my birthday!)
Is he the world's greatest kisser? In a series of web videos, Kisstopher, with his partner Kisstina, will share to the world how simple it is to achieve that sweet, creamy, caramel kiss.
You can be like Kisstopher too, just by sharing your own kissing tips on the COFFEE-MATE Facebook page! Muah!
This is the Kinderville Learning Center pre-nursery dance presentation for the celebration of the Chinese New Year on January 20, 2012. Ivan was 3 years 7 months old at that time. He had fun dancing that day. He even loves the song. Ivan is the little boy in brown pants.
He loves watching his own videos. This one is one of Ivan's favorite :)
Ivan start going to school on January 2012. He's 3 years 7 months old. He attended the last quarter of the pre-nursery class on Kinderville Learning Center.
He loves school. He actually loves Kinderville Learning Center. Not just play while learning (of course he's still in pre-nursery), but after classes, he got to play with the school's mini indoor playground.
Why did he started school so late? It's because I really don't believe in pre-nursery classes. I can teach my son at home. But my problem is, he got a problem with emotions. I mean, he's a cry baby! We want him to get ready when we enroll him in nursery.
Ivan loves singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. It's the next song he learned after he's able to sing the ABC song. Although he's not good with the lyrics, I think he's doing great! He can't communicate well. So I can't expect a correct lyrics from him.
The video was taken on October 25, 2011. He's 3 years 4 months old at that time.
Ivan was singing Old MacDonald Had A Farm song. He's a 3 year 4 months old little kid at the video (taken on October 25, 2011). Take note of his lyrics!!! He doesn't know the right lyrics of the song. He even mentioned "Chicken Joy" (A Jollibee product)!!!
Just watch the video and enjoy. I just love watching this video.
Ivan loves karaoke! His choice of music... ABC Song, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Old MacDonald Had A Farm, London Bridge is Falling Down, and other nursery songs.
On the video below, Ivan was karaoke singing ABC Song. He's 2 years 11 months old on the video below. Video taken on February 20, 2011.
Age = 2 years 11 months old
video date = May 23, 2011.
==========================================
I hope he'll stop crying because of small reasons. Some kids doesn't cry like him. Maybe he knows that there's someone to "rescue" him??? I don't know. But he cries whenever he doesn't get what he wants.
At the age of 2 years and 7 months old, what can Ivan do?
Besides writing, drawing, dancing and singing, Ivan tried to do other things.
Ivan can play computer games. Here's a matching game wherein the player should click on two identical pictures. The pictures are not hidden unlike the memory game. Either way, it's cool Ivan can play both matching and memory games.
Here's Ivan playing a matching game. This video was taken on January 21, 2011.
After watching a movie wherein two Shaolin kids on skating shoes having a little competition with teenage skaters, Ivan thought of something. He opened the cabinet and chosed what socks he would wear (he would choose what sock he wants and won't ever wear a sock that he doesn't want to wear). It's his father's pair of socks! He tries to slide his feet as if he's doing skating. I kind of remember McGyver!!! Check this video out! This video was taken on January 25, 2011.
Ivan can actually count! Just not perfect. Although this next video isn't about Ivan counting on some thing, it's about how he knows the numbers 1 to 10. He does know more numbers other than 1 to 10. Here's a January 19, 2011 video wherein I am telling the number, and Ivan as pointing it on an educational stuff (sorry I don't know what to call it).
I can't imagine how this tune did catch Ivan's attention! I was trying to check on the channel and TV shows on the cable TV channel line-up channel. That channel has music so you won't get bore while looking at it. After finding the channel I am looking for, I can't change the channel because Ivan won't let me. He loves the music on that channel.
I had took a video of him dancing on a music on that channel. This video was taken on January 23, 2011. Ivan was 2 years 7 months old at that time.
Ivan loves choo choo train. We're so happy that he loves choo choo train, not dolls. There are little boys who loves dolls instead of toys for boys. I tried to lure Ivan to go and check on the pink dollies on a store. And he's shouting, because I kept pushing him towards the toys for the girls. But when he see's cars, trains, trucks, firetrucks and other toys for the boys, no one needs to push him toward the store. He'll pull you toward all the toys, would try to select what he want.
Anyway, this is Ivan's choo choo train, a cheap one, but just perfect for Ivan.
At the age of exactly 2 years 7 months old, Ivan discovered (he clicked it on Youtube) this song and I think he has LSS (last song syndrome) on this song!!!
He loves dancing on this song. He even sings this song!
I hope I would soon know what the song is. I would like to download it for him.
Ivan loves soldiers. He would get his toy gun and try to kill us (of course we're just playing!) He would imitate soldiers. Try to get his gun, point it to him and shoot! He'll pretend that he got wounded and drop dead on the floor.
He even crawl like a soldier!
Video taken on: December 21, 2010
Ivan is 2 1/2 years old.
I guess Ivan also loves old Chinese songs! If the beat matches to his tune, then I guess he would always select the song on the player. Yes, Ivan does open the music player on the computer, and he's the one who selects the song he want to listen and to dance to. There are about two music and video player available on our computer, and he knows how to work around on both players.
The videos below where taken on December 21, 2010. Ivan was 2 years 6 months old at that time.
November 15, 2010, Ivan had a great time dancing on videos, especially to this one. The song is by a Chinese band group called FIR. The song title is 10th Planet. I thought Ivan only loves the Bieber type of songs. I guess he loves a wide range of song.
Part 1 was taken September 1, 2010, that is almost midnight. Part 2 was taken September 2, 2010 midnight!!! Ivan is a would-be 2 years and 3 months old that time. The videos are kind of long. But if you really want to see how he dance, you got to watch the whole video.
I used my mobile phone to capture the dance so it's kind of blur and dark.
Ivan is dancing in the tune of the song of the 80's. I thought he only likes dancing in songs of hip hop, disco and trance. I didn't know the 80's would make him dance like that.
I think Barney had helped Ivan dance. Here's what he's watching while dancing... the Barney Sings the 80's videos. This is for part 1.
For the part 2 video, he's dancing with Twirlie's Bahay Kubo video. Twirlie is a character of Jollibee mascots.
