Anyway, right now, DSWD opens up for people who wants to volunteer. If you have some spare time, you may want to be a volunteer and help those relief goods be packed and delivered to the Ondoy victims.
I think, I guess, maybe if this
Ella didn't captured those photos, the relief goods would end up stocked on the gigantic DSWD warehouse of relief goods forever. Hmmm maybe until election =p

But wait! What about those imported relief goods, the untouched boxes of imported relief goods? I wonder if those would be included on the donation list. Everything should be donated!

There are many non-government organizations that are reliable than the DSWD. You can donate to the
Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC) or to other NGOs instead.
It's not only the DSWD that we can't trust. It's the Philippine Government that we can't trust!!! Why are donations made to NGOs are taxable? And why are donations made to DSWD are not taxable? Is this a way of telling people to donate to DSWD so it won't be taxed and be given fully to the Ondoy victims?
The Philippine Government is full of lies and corruption.
