Heaven is for Real Block Screening Movie Treat by PLDT Home DSL

Last April 25, 2014, I watched the Heaven is for Real movie at the Newport Cinema, Resorts World Manila, a block screening movie treated by the one and only PLDT Home DSL.  I am very lucky to be part of this wonderful event!

heaven is for real

If you haven't watched Heaven is for Real yet, I tell you, go with your family, or friends, or with your love one.  This is a movie about a father who is in between the doubt and believing his son who saw heaven, Jesus, and some of their family member who already joined Jesus in heaven.  The father needs to stand on which side he would be.  Would he ignore what his son is telling him, or he would tell the world that his son really went to heaven without dying.  The movie is very simple, but with lots of moral lesson.  You do not need to be religious to watch this movie.  The movie made me realize to remember God everyday, to be thankful to what I have, and be myself.  I give this movie a perfect score!

In the event, the Ledesma family is also present!  Oh so handsome and pretty family members.  And Diego... Diego is so cute!  The movie Heaven is for Real is the perfect movie treat of PLDT Home DSL since both the movie and PLDT values family values and connection.  And take note, both the boy on the movie and Diego, the 7 years old family member of the Ledesma family, speaks out from their heart.

We got to meet and greet Paolo (father), Lara (mother), Trisha (ate) and Diego (that cute witty boy) on the movie event.

Here Ms. Lara is telling Diego that he is in the banner, and later on pointing the picture to their daughter.

Oh hi Diego!

Jam 88.3 DJ Jada hosted the event.  She interviewed the Ledesma family.  And here's the family's inputs.  Paolo uses the internet to check for news and all work-relevant information.  Lara check the internet for cooking recipes.  Ate Trisha watch videos on Youtube.  And Diego, well he got his own page Ask Diego!  Trisha and Diego also uses the internet for their school assignments and projects.  Their family is connected to the whole world through the PLDT Home DSL's limitless and reliable family-sized connection.  They are connected through different gadgets at the same time.

A whole family using the internet doesn't mean that they are disconnected with each other.  Internet isn't just about gaming.  Just like the Ledesma family, the internet becomes their connection to each other.  There are family values lying beneath it.  And the Ask Diego Facebook page of Diego at https://www.facebook.com/AskDiego is one of those things that makes a family bonds together.  Ask Diego is a page wherein anyone can ask anything to Diego.  And he would answer it, one by one, one an a time.  A 7 year old kid would answer the questions, all of them?  Here enters his parents and Ate Trisha.  Diego's parents filters and deletes all offensive questions and messages.  Diego get the benefit to ask his parents and ate for advise regarding the questions posted.

From the mind of the child, you would be amazed on how this child and his family being able to maintain the Ask Diego Facebook page.  And the answers, have you ever checked the Facebook page yet?  If not, go try and visit it because you would found his answers are very straight forward.  We all know that all kids have self-confidence on themselves, unless taunted by people and the environment.  And Diego answers questions with self-confidence.  Just like what Diego answered on the question "How do I get a Girlfriend?", Diego answers back with "Treat her like your mama".  How do you treat your mama?  With love of course.

Diego on the other hand is learning lots from the questions from different people, and advises given by his parents and Ate Trisha.  Nothing compares with the values being develop by the family itself.

The Ledesma family (and lots of family out there) enjoys watching movies via the PLDT Clickplay.

I am sure all of us have our own story of having a family connection through the internet.  As for me and my family, I maintain my blogs so my family, relative and friends would see what's new on me.  I also have my online shop wherein I sell different items on the Internet.  And this is my main source of income.  The internet has helped me and my family so much that a strong and reliable internet that allows limitless sharing is needed.

Do you want a strong and reliable family-sized connection?  Visit pldthome.com and start your home connection with the whole family.  Because the strongest connection is at home.
