Debit Cards for Kids

Nowadays, where ever we go, we usually use a debit card or a credit card to purchase items. The pros in using a plastic card instead of cold money is that, you don't need to bring lots of money. A few would be good. Bringing lots of money, opening your wallet in the public, making potential "bad people" to see and be magnetized from your "oh so many money" wallet, makes you vulnerable from hold-ups and even carnap, making your life in danger.

As a parent, we do wish our kids can bring a card instead of a cash.  But the problem is, the kid might overspend just like any adults holding a plastic card for purchase payment.  But again, as a parent, we like to monitor what our kids are buying.

Now, there are available debit cards for kids wherein you load the card with money from any account or digital location.  And with an Android or an iPhone application, you can check the balance and all the purchases made by your kids as a summary.  You would also know if your kid is making a purchase.  A text message alert would show up on your mobile phone, informing you how much your teen have spent in a certain store.

It's hard to have a debt...

Do you have a debt? I do. I have a debt in my credit cards. I'm doing some thing and techniques so I can fully pay my debt. My total debt is in some digit numbers. I won't be telling how much, but I don't think I would have a problem paying it, unlike others who did some shopping spree and got a debt of more than 100,000 Philippine Pesos on their credit card! The credit card company actually called those kinds of persons who can't pay their debt completely because they are just paying for the minimum required payment monthly.

If you're one of those who are having a problem with a big dept on loans or credit card, you might need to seek a professional advice.

Gold Bars Are Not Just Seen On The Movies!

We have seen a lot of treasure hunting movies, wherein the goal of the protagonists and the antagonists is "find the treasure!"

Kids won't believe it, but gold bars does really exist! Gold bars are considered as treasures. But you don't need to risk your life hunting them. Instead, you spend your money buying it, with out risking anything.

A gold bar, like the gold bars at Golden Eagle, are real gold, with different weight and size. You buy the gold, you got to keep the gold, and wait until you're ready to sell them. This is called investment with no downfall. The earlier you buy gold, the cheaper the price is, because the value of the gold doesn't go down.

So, if you're the kind of person who wants to invest, have the money to invest, and would love to keep a gold bar for kicks, then gold investment is for you.

Are San Antonio Payday Loans Right For You?

There are times when your paycheck does not stretch as far as you would like. This could be due to an unexpected bill, medical expense or variety of other factors. When this happens though, there are not many ways to get some quick money. One such way however is with a San Antonio payday loan. But, are they right for you?
The first thing that you have to consider before choosing a payday loan is that they are not alike traditional loans issued by banks. A payday loans San Antonio TX will have much higher fees and shorter payback terms in general. The fees for these types of loans are usually higher because the lender is at a greater risk. After all, they must issue these loans in just minutes with little time to review the applicants. Applicants also generally have lower credit ratings than those seeking conventional loans. The terms are shorter because these loans are by definition, only intended to get the applicant through to the next payday.
Still, even though you know these loans have higher rates you want to find the best ones. Rates do vary by lender so the consumer should be careful when choosing which payday loan service in San Antonio to turn to. The best way to find the most competitive rates and terms is to do so online. An online lender will be able to shop you around to get you the best rates and terms. You could even qualify for a loan of up to 100 days. just think what you could do all that extra time to pay back your payday loan.
So, if you think a payday loan is right for you and you live in San Antonio, consider an online provider.

Credit Collection Services For Business

There would be times when one needs another person's service to acquire something. One of the most hard to handle are collecting credits from customers. Why should one seek such credit collection services if one can call and ask clients to pay for the debt?

Here's a good and real example:

My brother-in-law has a shop located in Mall A. He had long time buyers, returning buyers, and new buyers. Long time and returning wholesale buyers can avail of the get-the-stocks-pay-later type of transaction. There's actually no terms. When another mall near them (let's call it Mall B) suffered from fire accident, most of his buyers told him that they can't pay their debt because they are one of those unlucky ones who lost stocks because of the fire. In this case, not all those who claims does really have a shop on Mall B. And most of his buyers came from malls from other cities and even states.

My brother-in-law just accepted the fact that almost all won't be paying their debt. He got big problems with getting more stocks because he loses so much money, he doesn't know where to get more to buy new stocks.

It's a tragic situation because it's about a million Peso. The sale is big. But their mark-up is so little.

Cut Loan Interest

The nationwide biweekly administration has been telling the world that they can cut the interest you owe when you apply for a credit card loan, bank loan, mortgage, etc. Lending money can be easy. But paying the monthly bills can be tough. Some of us had already experience spending and paying more than what should be after having a loan. Loans got interest, that's given. But paying a loan you owe together with the interest non-stop is another story.

I have heard people having really big loan on their credit card. Then they are able to pay on the interest amount. That means, they would forever pay for the interest amount, and the actual amount they owe would be sitting untouchable on the credit card monthly billing statement. If you're one of those people getting problems with loan of any type, check out nationwide biweekly administration.  The company tells the people that they are working for you, not for the lender.  So, by that, by all means, nationwide biweekly administration would be at your side, whatever the reason why you got the loan.  They may save your money.  They may save your future.  They may save your life.

Interest Minimizer

Did the title Interest Minimizer catch your eye? Many of us depends on credit card. It gives the ease on shopping and convenience when we're on an emergency of any kind. Many of us do also have a mortgage, or maybe a credit card loan. We do know that all these have interest in return of using extra money that's not came from our own hands. Interest is kind of annoying because it kind of shout how much it would add up to the loan we have. Although the interest is what make the loan world go around, maybe we can make it lower than we'll suppose to pay. We can't take the interest out, because it's how loan works. But minimizing the interest would be a great idea.

How? We have the same question. Would we tap on the bank officer to give us a lower interest rate? I won't work. But there's help available around. Nationwide Biweekly Administration can help. They can help you minimize the interest that you owed to pay.  Hence, they are the Interest Minimizer.

Nationwide Biweekly Administration

Have you ever lend money from your credit card or on your bank? Have you ever thought of minimizing the loan you pay monthly by making another loan from another credit card or bank, just to make your monthly bill small? But this technique would make your loan bigger. You might even end up doubling the money you owe to all the banks involved, simply because you choose to pay the monthly bill in smaller amount.

Believe me, that actually happened to me. And I just close my eyes and tell myself that it's a pain paying a big amount every month, so I need to make my monthly bill smaller for the sake of convenience and worry-free payment. But I do know that I would really be paying a total of larger amount, almost double, just to get through all that.

But what about people with mortgage? What about those who are really in need of money and are really having a hard time paying. What about those who shops on signature items and almost forgot that they can't actually afford to buy those items, that they thought the credit card will kind of "help" them?

Enter Nationwide Biweekly Administration. This company, no matter what, would help one cut the interest on your debt. In short, you would be paying a lesser interest than you know and on what you had expected. As what Nationwide Biweekly Administration said, they work for you, not for the lender.

A plus on them, this company was featured in Oprah.

Gold Bullion = Investment

Are you willing to invest in the stock market when you hadn't done any kind of investing yet? Would you risk your money in buying property shares even if it's a friend's recommendation? Would you rather invest on something that you are not good at but is a 100% sure win investment? If your answers on the first two question is "no", and your answer for the last question is "yes", then you should try gold or any precious metal bullion investing.

How does it work? You check on companies where you can buy a precious metal. Gold and silver are good choices of precious metal to invest in. If you choose gold, you would pay for the gold and you would get the gold by mail order or bank safety deposit arrangement. Note that you should be careful because some companies offer safe-keeping of the bullions on their side. It's much better if you would be the one to handle it. Besides, you pay for it. Just watch the value of the gold increase after some time. You can sell your gold anytime you want.

Peso so high against USD: Not a good idea!

The US Dollar rate is falling down against the Philippine Peso this Christmas season!!!  Should I wait for next year until the Dollar rate arises.  I secretly love it when the US Dollar is high against the Philippine Peso hahahahaha.  Please insert *evil smile*  *evil grin*

But really, there's nothing when the Philippine Peso goes high.  The economy is still... like that, nothing change, and even gets worse!  Those who work abroad and leans on the Dollar exchange rate, they also love it when the Dollar goes up.

Should I say that the Philippines is not a poor country?  For me, the Philippines is a rich country!!!  The problem is, the richness of the country goes to the pockets of the politicians!!!

Okay, back to the topic!  Even if the rate is falling down, I would still withdraw the hard-earned Dollar to Peso, because my family needs it.  But I would look into another way of not falling too much from the low US Dollar rate, after the exchange rate to Peso.

Why Gold for Investment?

The United States Gold Bureau is selling different precious metals for people who want to own precious coins or bullion. Precious metals includes gold, silver and some more metals. But the gold and the silver are the best known and best seller of all the precious metals on the market.

Why would one buy a gold or silver coins? Gold are not primary for collection anymore. A gold coin is bought for the purpose of investment. It is the only investment that gives you worry-free from decrease value. And you don't have to worry about the gold being totally end its value in the exchange market.

For newbie investors and investors-wanna-be, my say is for you to try and check out gold investment.  Make sure the gold would be delivered in your door steps, or on your safety deposit box bank account, not on the care of the gold provider.

Again, invest in gold bullion or gold coin just to make sure you won't end up nothing.

On Treasure, Money and Jewelry...

Have you ever noticed, those action movies with big time thieves, they steal cash and all the jewelries they can get from the bank. It's either they announce a hold-up or dig from somewhere up to the safety deposit box area of the bank. And those other movies with treasure hunting, what are they looking -- gold bullion! Just imagine, the treasure hunt, the chest on the X mark, then gold inside... woahhhhhhhh!!!

Are all of these for real? You would say that it's not for real, I mean the gold treasures, and the digging of thieves. But you know what? There are actually ordinary citizens who accidentally dug treasures of antiques and gold on their backyard. What a luck! But some of them did surrender the treasures to the government. I'm not so sure if there are those who kept the treasures. And the thieves, I think there are actually accounts of thieves digging up to the insides of the bank. It's a one-time shot, a risk, but it's a lot of money.

If you found a chest of gold bullion on your property, would you surrender it to the government?  If you really need to feed your family and there's someone who said that you can join them and rob a bank, a one-time shot and it's all over, and guaranteed that no you would not be caught because it's an inside job, would you go?

On the robbery thing, I wouldn't never ever go.  But on the treasure, I would rather keep it hahaha.  Why would I surrender it, I found it on my property.  And as if the government would have good plans using the treasure hahaha...  I would rather do good things out of the treasure rather than giving it to the power-hungry politicians.  I just wish I would find a treasure on my property hahaha.  I think I'm dreaming.

Credit Cards Can Be Hack By RFID Readers!!!

Beware... some of the banks in the US are now issuing credit cards with an RFID chip hidden somewhere invisible in the credit card. I guess this is a security issue that the people living in developed countries are facing. I guess, and I'm hoping, that in Asia, it would take several years before they adapt the RFID technology.

What's the problem with RFID chips installed in credit cards? RFID stands for radio-frequency identification. If you don't know how it works, RFID works like bluetooth or infrared on our mobile phones. The information that an RFID gives is personal. But there's this anti-RFID invention called rfid wallet which prevents the information in the rfid-enabled cards inside the wallet from being stolen. So when someone holds a hand-held go-anywhere RFID reader, he won't be able to read your credit cards information.

A Job Offer... What to do???

I got a job offer. But I don't know what to do. I forgot to ask where did they find my profile. I'm not looking for a job right now. I am unemployed. I don't know if I still want to go back to programming jobs. Actually, I decline the good salary offer.

There's the urge inside me to look for a job. And this time, if I ever look for a job, it would be for good. I mean, I would be serious about being a programmer. Not that I'm not serious on my last job. But there's this "note" inside of me that it's okay to be late at work, it's okay to be absent at work, it's okay to do overtimes since I'm always late, it's okay to receive a salary that is way too small compare to what others thought about my salary amount...

When I went back to work, it would be just like before I joined the last company. It would be all work to be on the top, to achieve for experience, and of course to get salary increase. That would be my goal.

I think I learned my lesson. If it's work, it would be work. I know my last employers is expecting that I know those. But what about the initial agreement on why I would join the company? Trashed??? So now I understand, if the company gives a offer that is so fit to your lifestyle, it's just sweet talks for your yes.

The next time I work, I would make it to the point that I would be one of the best programmers the company have, for the benefit of salary increase =) And I would expect that an equivalent salary or increase would be offered.

Is money my God? Not at all of course. But I am not a hypocrite. Money isn't everything. But money is very important, so important that it can sometimes buy a person's moral. Money can either build a good future or destroy it. I choose a good future. I want to have lots of money, lots that it's enough for a good future, for a little shopping, for no worries. Is money important to you?

Why invest on gold coin?

The gold price is rising. It would always increase, and sure to never decrease. Investing in the stock market is now a flop, well at least for me, because of the "not so good" economy. People who have bought shares are always watching the stock flow so they would know if they should withdraw their money. With gold, the gold doesn't need to prove its value. Gold has a great value on whatever situation the economy be. No need to get upset on the tedious effort on checking the stock market. If you are considering investing, perhaps gold will do well. In the investment world, investing does not always mean buying shares in the market. It also does not mean putting ones money into buying or investing in any physical land or building. Gold is a very good choice for every one and mostly to those who doesn't know about investing on a stock market. To purchase a gold coin entry is entering the investment world wherein you are always a winner.

Movies Show Gold Is Important: Buy Gold Coins

Last week, my baby Ivan and I was watching TV on his grandfather's room. I changed the channel to Disney channel and we're lucky that the Disney movie for that day is Jumanji. Jumanji is a movie about a mysterious and dangerous dice board game wherein when played, strange things happen. Everything would be back to normal until the game is finished.

On the movie, a hunter who comes out of nowhere after Alan Parrish (Robin Williams) throws the dice and wants to kill Parrish. He has a shot gun but run out of bullets. The hunter went to a gun shop but no bullets available for his shot gun. Instead, he shows some pieces of gold to the shop owner and the shop owner give him a really good killing machine. It's instant!

And not only on the movie Jumanji that shows how precious gold is. Gold is not a monetary item. But gold itself is "gold". Gold surpasses the value of money. Gold is a reliable investment. Get the hint? So buy gold coins and invest on it. You would never waste money on investing in gold.

How To Make Money With Silver?

So, how can one make money out of silver? The first step is to a buy silver bullion. Of course, you would need to buy silver first before making money out of it. The next step is to keep it. Be sure to keep it safe like opening a bank deposit box. After a year, check the value of silvers on the market. If it's high enough for you, you can sell it. Or, you can just keep it and sell it if the prices doubled, or somewhat like that. Don't worry, the value of silvers goes up always. The stock market might go down, but not silver.

Where to buy silver? The United States Gold Bureau is not only selling gold. They also sell silver. In fact, they also sell rare coins.  They do ship internationally, that's the best part!

Hmmmm I'm actually thinking of buying one or some... What do you think?

How To Save From Hard Earned Money

A good friend of mine named Racquel taught me of a good trick she and her husband do to save the money.  It's a really simple trick.  But you have to be patient and you got to have self-control.

I really think I have to do this trick, maybe soon. Note, I try to edit a little of her idea to fit on my situation and satisfaction.
  1. List down all the necessary bills that you need to pay every month.  Examples of these bills are electric, house rent, water supply, phone and internet connection, food supply, TV cable.
  2. Prepare an envelope for each bills to pay.  So one of the envelopes has a label of "Electricity"... and so on...
  3. Also, prepare one extra envelope with the label "Extra".  This would be for the unused allotted cash every bill payment.
  4. Do an estimate of how much your bills are every month.  The estimates would be the amount that you will allot every month to each labeled envelopes.  List them all down.  You can adjust the amount and put a higher estimate on the bills, just in case the bill goes up.  If you get 2 pays every month, then divide all the amount on the list into 2.
  5. Every pay day, put the necessary amount on each envelope.  Also, don't forget to deduct your transportation allowance when going to work, and any other transportation allowance.
  6. The rest of the money, deposit it in a savings bank account.
For the next and the following pay days, collect all the unused cash on the envelopes (after paying the bills) and put it in the envelope with "Extra" label.  Also, decide up to how much cash you would allow on the "Extra" envelope.  If you decide it to be up to 3,000 (in Philippine Peso for example), the exceeding amount should be deposited to the bank too.

This technique can work for many employees out there.
