I found a great website about eating nutritious foods and being fit. My Fitness Pal is a free-to-join calorie counter website that can help us in our healthy diet and eating lifestyle.

The site provides nutritional facts of every food available. You can choose what food to check on, how much you have taken in, and then the site would show how much calories the food has. They provide a wide range of food to choose from. They have nutritional facts on any kind of fruits upto the sweets.

As a member, you can keep track of what food you are eating and see if it still falls under a healthy diet. For this, you will have a daily Food Diary where you will input everything you eat for your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You can even change the eating time category from breakfast to anything. You can have up to six categories in total to easily monitor what you take for a certain time.
