Plan Your Easter Egg Hunting 2015 at Century Park Hotel

Century Park Hotel is in again for the Easter Egg Hunting event. Here's the following important information about the event: Century Park Hotel Easterland, April 5, 2015 (Sunday) 9 am to 1 pm at Grand Ballroom. Come early at 8:30 am for the registration. Buy you tickets early. I already bought 2 tickets, for my son and for me. Each ticket costs 800 php. On the event, they would serve brunch (breakfast lunch). There would also be loot bags coutesy of their sponsors. There would also be a raffle draw. And of course, let us not forget the main event, the easter egg hunting. In additiin to this, there would be a coloring contest, face painting and magic show.




The hotel has started decorating the hotel lobby in theme of Precious Moments. Here are some of the pictures. I missed the bunnies decorated somewhere. Oh well...

Halloween 2014: Trick or Treat At Ayala Heights Quezon City

My kids went to Ayala Heights Quezon City for trick or treating.  My son got a great time getting treats.  As for my daughter, I am not sure if she knows we're asking for candies.  All she knows is she needs to carry her pumpkin basket.  I also need to carry her the whole time.

Ivan is a vampire.  He's not wearing his cape yet.  Ivy is a bat girl.  I forgot to make her wear her black wings.  She's carrying her favorite doll, for more halloween effect!

I really am not into the cute stuff when in comes to costumes, unless it is unique.  If I will make my daughter wear a princess, she would be Snow White, with the dress in rich red, blue and yellow color.

Decorative Candles for Valentine's Day

I always associate the candle as a sign of mourning, prayers and church. But there is also the other side of me. Candles can be romantic too. Just like when it is Valentine's Day, and every restaurants makes it to the point that they got a red rose on a vase, dim lights for the romantic effect, and red candles. I hadn't gone in a restaurant with such set-up. I guess no one brings me out before when it is Valentine's day, to prevent the long line-up on the restaurants.

But on outside the restaurant, I can see the red candles as the slim one. I think you guys know what kind of red candle I am talking about. I saw this candle on the Internet, see image below.



Isn't it lovely? I would love to have a candle like that on the lotus crystal candle holder. Is there such a restaurant that focuses on every romantic detail? I guess those restaurants should check on the candle too. It doesn't need to always be red. People would love the twist of a pink candle in a very fine looking holder for their Valentine's date. Who knows? The decorative candle may boost more customer counts on the next Valentine's day.

Yes, and luckily, I don't have time to watch TV. I hate it when I saw couples in love holding hands, etc etc etc. Although I have a husband, we're not really love birds that couples should be.

I even saw those Valentine's Day gifts on the sidewalks. And I just shut my brain from that sight. I'm envy those woman who got husband that remembers to give them something on Valentine's Day. I saw the "scenes" on my husband's relatives. They are Chinese here in the Philippines. They have sons and daughters of 20+ years old. And yet, they are sweet with each other.

I just tell myself "It's Valentine's Day. I have to treat myself." Before the day comes, I got to go to the mall and buy myself a skirt, or a blouse. I dine out too by myself. All of this started when I got married with my husband.

I don't know. Later all of us MIGHT dine out... my husband, Baby Ivan, my parents-in-law, and I.
