Help provide solar-powered light bulbs to Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda community victims #ProjectHeart
If you know what happened to the victims of the typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) here in the Philippines, well you know nothing. I myself know nothing. We see news reports on how devastated the situation on the affected areas. But we're not there. We don't know how it feels like to be like the end of the world.
I have friends who are affected by the typhoon. They asked for help. Their houses are not gone. Some remote areas have plants to eat. Some do need to go to other place, far place, just to get food. But the worst case are those places where people can't get out of the area, and are really very far from those remote mountain areas to get food.
They don't have water. They don't have food. They don't have electricity.
Water and food. People are waiting for relief goods.
Electricity and light. Now this won't be that easy.
Maybank has an idea. They would provide solar-powered light bulbs to the affected communities of Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda).
Let us help Maybank on their mission. Check out http://ph.sharings.cc/p/fd6a for more information.
