Is Slimming Product Safe?

I own Lucky Cow Shop.  And as a seller... Here's my comment ...

1. As of now, the BFAD approved slimming products are CoffeeTrim and Max.

2. Not all BFAD approved are the original products.  I know a fake product that is BFAD approved.  How will the BFAD personnel know that it is the fake one.  Although the BFAD approved version is the safest among all the fake products, still the original one is safer.

3. (Someone told me) there's one slimming product that is available in leading drug stores that didn't actually went through the BFAD testing.  The manufacturer just signed the contract left by another manufacturer of slimming product that passed the testing but didn't sign the contract... because they need to pay "extra fee" before they can actually be called BFAD approved.

4. There are hard-headed people who knows that slimming products is bad for them, but still took the product.  On the other hand, their blood pressure and sugar level becomes normal.  Weird but true.

5.  Slimming products are just like any other medicine or vitamins... there are precautions.  Like antibiotic, there are people who were confined in the hospital because of antibiotics (some recovered and some died).  And they found out that they are allergic with that antibiotic after taking it.  Ascorbic acid, some beauty products (the biggies), etc... or all... have possible side effect.  If you buy a medicine, even those for kids, read the precaution and other description.

6.  People with problem on heart like heart disease, high blood pressure, sugar level, hypertension, etc...  and maybe those with family history of those illness, should not take slimming products.  But if you really like to take a slimming product even if you have a family history of these illness, or you just like to make sure, ask your seller for the mildest.

7.  It doesn't mean that the slimming product is the original, it won't give you a side effect.  There are some slimming products that won't give you side effect even if it's the fake one, because it is milder.

8.  Even if the instruction says 2 capsules or sachets per day, just take one.  You're not sure if you'll experience side effect.  If you're body is okay with just 1 per day, and you see slimming results even in a slow pace, be satisfied with it.

9.  Please do not overdose!  There are a lot of hard-headed people with it comes to slimming.  Everything beyond the normal level may have a bad effect.  It's self explanatory, right?  You can't even overdose yourself with vitamins!

10.  Not all you read and see on news are real.  There are lots of news that are made-up or with false information.

My recommendation is exercise and eat healthy diet.  You should know what healthy diet means.  This option is the safest.  But if you would like to take slimming products, you should be on your right mind and make sure you're not too excited to get thin by overdosing yourself.
