Simplified Guidelines for Choosing Comment Winners for JOHNSON's My Kid's Growing Up so Fast Contest

If you're reading this post, and you're one of those who joined the contest as a blogger, check the Johnson's Baby Milk Bath's My Kid's Growing Up So Fast Contest UPDATED list of official Entries.
You're in? Congrats! In a few days, they would announce the winners among the blog entries on the list. You have another assignment to make. Choose a caption winner among those who post a comment on your blog entry.
Before or on October 31, 2011, announce your winner on your blog. This is a requirement! You can make a blog post about it.
Here's a little walk-through on choosing and giving the prize to the caption winner:
Choosing the winning caption:
Go to your blog entry and choose 1 winner among those who joined and posted a caption. The winning caption should be posted between October 8 to 21, 2011. All caption entries that are not posted on the said date range are automatically disqualified.
Here's the criteria for choosing a winner:

Rewarding the winning caption poster with the Johnson gift pack:
First, send an email to johnsonsbabyph@gmail.com on or before November 20, 2011 with the following information:
When the gift pack is ready, you would get a notification email. You would need to go to Nuffnang office to pick up the gift pack for your winner. Nuffnang is located in Unit 2E03-2E05 Building 5, 925 Bonifacio High Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Look for Anne Franco.
You have download the contest kit when you join the blog entry contest, right? If not, you can download the contest kit at by clicking on this link.
After downloading and extracting the contest kit, open and print the Acknowledgement Receipt.pdf file. You would need this filled and signed up by your caption entry winner, as proof that you had actually give the gift pack to the winner.
Scan or take a photo of the filled and signed Acknowledgement Receipt, and email it to johnsonsbabyph@gmail.com
