What is a nursing scrub?

Have you ever heard of the words nursing scrubs? You might have also remembered that there's a known TV series concerning people of medical fields treating patients. And that TV series is entitled as Scrubs. Scrub is the uniform that medical people wear during their duty. Nurse, surgeons and even secretaries on clinics and hospitals wear scrubs. Colors of scrubs may differ from one to another. Clinics and hospitals choose a color of what they want their staff to wear. But surgeons and their assistants are known to wear the famous green operating uniform scrub. Most uniforms are plain in color. But clinics for kids usually prefer their staff to wear scrubs with designs. I guess it helped the kids to calm down and think that the nurse and pediatricians are friendly, approachable and lovely persons.

But you know, scrub clothing is not only for nurses and all the medical staff. Blue Sky has created scrubs for babies and kiddos who would want to play pretend.  But I guess wearing scrubs would be so comfortable for the kids, and would be easy to wash for the mommies.  Scrubs are created in such a way for medical staff to feel comfortable and light at all times.
