My PLDT DSL Connection Acting Up!
Just last two days ago, I got my connection back after a three days no connection. I'm so happy with the PLDT crew but the customer service agents are driving me nuts! The guy is asking me crazy questions whether the yellow cable is connected on the ethernet hole, not on the dsl hole! I was thinking, does this guy does understand how an internet connection works? And how the hell would the ethernet cable be inserted in the dsl hole??? It would not fit.
Right now, I got no PLDT DSL connection... AGAIN!!! And the unlucky girl gets me telling her that I have already checked everything that I should check, that I'm not her ordinary internet user, and that I'm a tech person myself (lying!!!)
What's with my connection?
