Katy Perry was wearing a revealing lime green dress, with heart shape upper dress portion to cover her. But the dress was still showing her cleavage. Many parents had complained about the video and has marked Katy Perry's Hot N Cold Sesame Street video as a banned video.
However, the Sesame Street production had decided that the video would be shown in YouTube, but won't be aired on TV.
