There is money in junk...
As some people say, there's money in junk. In short, may pera sa basura.
My first motto is: There's always a reason for everything.
Soon after some of the not-so-good situations I encountered in life and even at work, I always got into a situation wherein I get back to thinking about the past problems that made me be in the current "better" situation. It's kind of hard to explain. I just hope you got my point.
My second motto is: There's money in junk.
It really doesn't mean junk as garbage. What I mean is that, there's always a way of earning money, even tips. I got into online selling. Although I only got a few sales and just earn a small amount of interest from the items I sell, it's still called money.
My life is kind of related to the two motto above. My parents indirectly taught me (and my sisters) to earn money for ourselves, for the future. They taught us to stand on our own when it comes to money earning. And with the Chinese tradition, they taught us that money is power, because a woman without money may have a hard life as a wife (this is true!!!!!!!)
And because of those teachings, I as a woman won't let my wallet be empty, and won't let it be full of money from other's pocket. I need to have money for my own good, for my family... And in a situation like this, I now earn extra from online income, and from online selling.
I am now thinking of selling some of my personal stuffs online, 2nd hand but are really in good condition.
