I need door knobs

Some of our rooms at our newly rented house have broken door knobs. It's an old apartment for rent. But I really can't imagine the doors and doorknobs would be useless after about six years. Really! After six years and the doors are hard to close because of the door knobs. I can't imagine how does the one who rented before us turn the door knobs.

Anyway, I saw online on Baldwin hardware the following door knobs.
I like it simple. But I think the 3rd picture is really classy and unique. I think it would be perfect as bathroom doorknobs.

By the way, I forgot to tell you.  The doors with broken doorknobs and holes on the corner of the doors are of the bathrooms.
