PLDT Center Offline!!!
We had already moved to a new home. And that means that I need to transfer our PLDT account to the new address. I got a problem. The PLDT center in our area is under renovation. They are willing to accept new account. The agents got a cut on every new line a customer applies. And maybe because it's all paperworks that didn't need any computers to input the data yet? I don't know. But there's another option. There's a PLDT center in SM North Edsa (I'm currently right here right now) and in Isetann.
It's my 2nd time to try to apply for transfer of account address. FAIL!!!! At first, the PLDT guy here on SM North Edsa told us that the customer support is from 10:00am to 7:30pm. We arrived late for about 20 minutes I think. Now, I'm alone here in SM. I got in here around 7:00pm. I'm not not late. But the guy said that they are "Offline". Oh shuckssssssssssss!!!!!! I don't have time to always come here in SM North Edsa!!!
I hope the next time I come here, it would be online.
