Self luminous Exit Signs, Never knew there's such!

When I go to movie houses, I always check where is the "Exit" sign. And luckily, I always find them fast. That's the use of Exit Signs, to make people know where to "exit" in case of emergency. And it's not only in movie houses we will found exit signs. We can see those signs on hospitals, big companies, condominiums, buildings and of course, in schools. Unfortunately, I think as I remembered, my school does not have any exit sign. Well, we got fire drills. But is it enough? We all know that drills are... well just drills. And when the real thing comes, nobody cares about the drill. And yes, on the malls, I think exit signs are very important.

So, it is still best to have exit signs on all exits. Here are some eco-friendly, energy-saving, non-electrical exit signs. I thought all signs need electricity to led up. Okay, here are some of the images.

These are Photoluminescent Exit Signs by Green Torch. There are three different flagship designs: Aspen, Vail, and Stowe. These signs would be great, as for me, on malls like on their main gates.




And then another one that is also from Green Torch is their Self Luminous Exit Signs. Self luminous??? This one is new to me, but maybe not new to most. These kind of signs would be perfect on wet locations.



I just hope that all would comply to the need of exit signs on all location possible. This would prevent stampede and more possible accidents.
