I felt stronger. Is it because of the Wonbi-D I'm drinking? Or maybe I have fully recovered.

My menstruation came a few days ago. On those days, I really felt stronger. All the illness I felt before, I guess it's my bodies reaction before I have my menstruation. I really feel sick a week before my menstruation came even before I got pregnant. By the way, it's my first menstruation after giving birth.
