The Dangers of an Unattended Laundry Bin

Since I get married, I do my laundry by myself. But now that I'm pregnant, I get tired easily and have no more strength to do laundry after work.
I do hide all my clothes on a cabinet so my mother-in-law won't see it. If she sees it, then she'll get rid of it by washing them all. And I don't want her to wash my clothes. I'm kind of shy to let her wash them. I know she can also get tired of cooking, washing clothes, cleaning the house...
So I end up with a pile of unwashed clothes. It looks like a small hill inside my cabinet :) If I have time and the strength to wash them, I wash them part by part.
