Top 10 Feng Shui For Love

Valentine's Day had passed. But this doesn't mean we'll be forgetting the love air, right?

So here's the top 10 Feng Shui for love according to three known Feng Shui experts in the Philippines.

10. Proper Position

Don't position your bed on corners. A bed should have enough spaces on the sides.

There should also be enough light on the bedroom. So don't stick your lamp post on the most corner location of the room as this gives a little light on the room.

And depending on the year of birth, the head of the bed should be on the right position. So if you for example is born on the year of the pig/boar, the the head of the bed should point on the north west.

9. Comfort is the Key

For married couples or partners, a queen-size bed is a good pick. So for those with a king-size bed, you might want to downgrade your bed a little. This keeps couples close to each other. But the single and double bed doesn't work that way. They are too small. A queen-size is a good one.

Patterned sheets are also better than the plain one. And the room should be well-ventilated. There should be enough air circulation around the room.

But the real key is comfort. If you are more comfortable to have a little messy place then be it.

8. Balancing Act

Attention ladies: If you have a partner, don't make your room and your house all pink. All should be balance, like the yin and yang. Life should have a balance, and so is your house. A balance house says there is give and take between the couple. An all pink house just makes it one-sided. It just says that the guy gives too much and gives everything the girl wanted. Remember, balance is important in life.

7. Peony Flower

Peony is one of the debated flower to be the national flower of China. This is also known as the "love flower". Put this flower on the southwest. Southwest position is the so-called position for love.

A crystal heart in a velvet pouch will also do the trick. Put it on a table. Others are Mandarin dove, and the dragon & phoenix.

Just remember... southwest.

6. Photos and Images

For married couples, put your wedding photo on your bedroom. For singles, put a picture of the other sex to attract love. You can put the picture on a table or hang it on your bedroom. Just remember, don't put sad images.

5. No Plants on the Bedroom

Don't put plants on the bedroom, both real and fake, especially on the southwest position of your bedroom. Cactus and bonsai are a no-no on bedrooms. Cactus are bad for love. While bonsai does stop the love from growing.

4. Color Scheme

The lucky color depends on the day of birth of a person. So wear your lucky color to attract good luck. Black can be your lucky color even though it's not your favorite. For love life, the color would be red and pink.

To attract the opposite sex, a female must wear a red underwear or brassiere. For guys, it's green on their brief or socks.

3. No Television on the Bedroom

This is for couples on their bedroom. A television should be avoided on the bedroom because it distracts the attraction between the couples. The screen of the television also serves like a mirror. When the TV is turned off, you can see reflections. And reflections are not good when faced on beds and doors.

But if you can't live without a TV inside your bedroom, you might want to slant its position so it does not directly face the bed. And cover the TV when not it use with a cloth to avoid reflection.

2. No Water in the Bedroom

Fire is the symbol of love. And water is the contrast of fire. Don't put aquariums, water bowls and other with water on your bedroom. Add to the no-no list are the pictures and displays with water, ocean.... and even the wallpaper on your mobile phone... no water.

If you love aquariums, you might want to just put it on the living room on the southeast position.

1. Soutwest Enhancement

Southwest is the universal corner of romance. So use a compass to know where is the southwest position lies on your house.

Put three pcs. of candles in a bowl on the southwest position. Don't put metal, water and wood objects and symbols on that corner.

If the toilet is on the southwest position, put a wind chime on the toilet.

So that's it! These tips are covered by Channel Qtv of the show "Pinaka". If you want to believe on those Feng Shui, it's up to you. Anyway, there's nothing wrong with doing and following something that won't hurt you.
