Ham... Are They Already Fully Cooked?

What I know about hams are they are already fully cooked. This is always our argument at home. Is the ham ready-to-eat?
Many people have this notion that a ham is not yet cooked and should be "cook" first before serving, cook not to be heated. I'm currently in my second Purefoods Fiesta Ham 1 kg this Christmas. I'm pregnant and I just love the ham. I don't know what to eat when I'm hungry so ham is my target.
The Purefoods Fiesta Ham is already fully cooked, ready-to-eat ham. So when the say ready-to-eat, I guess that just only mean that you can eat the ham straight from your refrigerator.
My husband and his parents, both Chinese from China and are not too open to good foods outside China, can't eat the ham if they didn't cook it first. And so is my mother before. But I don't like it cooked. It only becomes oily. I want it straight from the fridge, so tender and juicy.
But, there's this site at http://whatscookingamerica.net/Pork/Ham101.htm with a glossary of ham terms. There are terms there like "fully cooked" and "cook before eating". The "cook before eating" on the site means "Needs further cooking. Is not completely cooked in the plant and should be cooked to 160°F". So I guess better read the instructions and labels first before eating the ham.
