Nelson - Marilou Wedding (Nov.19, 2006)
Our Wedding Pictures ~ http://berryblog.net/2008/02/my-wedding-pictures-nov-19-2006.html
Nelson and I has gone through lots of problems... the documents, money and the people around us.
But after the wedding, all of our problems seems to disappear! We are very glad that we had made it. And we are really blessed that our wedding went very well.
Nelson and I consider our wedding day as almost perfect. We had done it without a wedding planner. And yet, everything about that day is so smooth.
Many had commented that the wedding gown is beautiful as well as the bride. I'm very happy that the make-up went well on my face. I found the design of the wedding gown on the Internet. It's the most simple and fabolous gown I've checked on. I asked my couturier to copy the design. He just redesigned the train of the gown to make it more "wow".
Many says that the groom is handsome. My mother is so happy with this one.
The celebration at the reception has been very simple but elegant. That's perfect for me. Thanks to our singer-host Harvey and his co-singer Jacqeline. They made our night extra wonderful.
The wedding cake is an icing covered ordinary cake. Though small with only two layers, the cake has fresh flowers on top of the each layers. The cake is very simple. My mother loves the cake very much. Whenever I saw the picture of the cake, I always remember all the good comments of our relatives and friends.
We are also glad to have such wonderful pictures. We love the shots. Nelson and I got a little exhausted on the shots done on the Century Hotel stairway and on the table-hopping. But that's okay with us. We are considered lucky compare to others who pays a lot of bucks, have so many shots, and there... the newly weds are VERY exhausted including the camera man and the photographer! And so, that affected some of their pictures. Our pictures are almost perfect but there was someone who ruined some of our pictures for not dressing up properly. Oh well, like my friends say, there would ALWAYS have a problem on a wedding day.
